Privacy Policy.
Plain-language terms on what we collect through this site, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do about it. No dark patterns, no resale.
Who we are
Reach Maximum (“we”, “us” or “the agency”) is a digital marketing and performance agency operating from Gurugram, Haryana, India, and serving clients worldwide. This policy explains what personal information we collect through reachmaximum.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the rights you hold over it.
We act as the data controller for information submitted through this website. If you are a client, a separate data-processing agreement governs the campaign and audience data you hand over to us for delivery work.
Information we collect
Form submissions. When you send us a brief or request an audit through the enquiry form, we receive the details you choose to give us — typically your name, email address, phone number, company name, budget range and the message itself.
Correspondence. Emails, WhatsApp threads, call notes and meeting records you exchange with us are kept so whoever picks up the thread has the full picture.
Technical data. Our hosting and analytics stack records standard request data: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, country of origin and the pages you viewed on this site.
We do not deliberately collect sensitive personal data such as health, biometric or financial-account information, and we ask that you do not send it to us.
Why we use it
To answer you. Reviewing your brief, preparing the audit or proposal you asked for, and replying within the 48-hour window we promise.
To deliver work. Contractual obligations: running campaigns, invoicing, reporting and the account management that goes with an active engagement.
To improve the site. Understanding which pages and services draw attention, where visitors drop off and whether the enquiry flow is doing its job.
To defend our position. Keeping records for legal, tax and compliance purposes, and protecting ourselves against abuse or fraudulent submissions.
Legal basis
Where the General Data Protection Regulation or the India Digital Personal Data Protection Act applies, we process personal data on one or more of the following grounds: your consent (submitting an enquiry, opting in to our updates), performance of a contract (delivering an engagement you signed up for), legitimate interests (securing and improving our own website), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records we are required to retain).
The services behind the curtain
Enquiry form. Submissions from this website are handled by Formspree, which relays your brief to our inbox and stores the submission on its own infrastructure under its privacy terms.
Hosting and delivery. Our site is served from a managed edge platform that keeps standard request logs.
Communication. Email and calendar tooling we use for scheduling and correspondence.
We share personal data with these providers only to the extent needed to operate, and we never sell it. Each provider is bound by its own data-processing terms and we select them on the basis of those terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are retained for up to 24 months, after which the contact record is deleted and the thread is dropped from our inbox.
Client records — contracts, invoices, campaign reporting — are kept for the statutory accounting period applicable in India, currently eight years.
Aggregated, non-identifying site analytics are kept indefinitely because they cannot be traced back to an individual.
How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data is limited to the small number of people who need it to reply to you, and our accounts are protected with two-factor authentication.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach did affect your personal data and created a material risk to you, we would notify you and any relevant authority without undue delay, as the law requires.
International transfers
Our team sits in India, while the platforms that carry this site and relay your enquiries operate data centres in other regions, most commonly in the United States and the European Union. Where a transfer needs a safeguard, it is provided by the standard contractual clauses or equivalent terms the platform has adopted.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask that it be corrected, ask that it be erased, ask that processing be restricted, object to processing, or ask for a portable copy. Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting what happened beforehand.
Write to info@reachmaximum.com and we will action the request within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom and feel we have handled your data poorly, you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
Marketing communications
We send updates only to people who asked for them. Every message carries an unsubscribe link, and one click removes you from the list — no follow-up, no friction. Enquiry replies are transactional and are not marketing.
Children
This website is directed at businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us personal data, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We revise this page when our practices or the law change. The version you are reading is the current one; material updates are noted here with a new effective date.
